The Delta TM3P pneumatic module is the ultimate result of traditional leak testing and an excellent solution for integrating reliable and compact testing stations in automation systems.
Small in size, not displayed, can be placed next to the tested product to reduce excess volume, improve testing speed and sensitivity. It can also be connected to the HMI terminal with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, providing dedicated software.

Its smallest size, combined with high performance, makes this product an excellent solution for both leak testing and flow testing automation systems. Its high measurement resolution and testing accuracy allow for very fast testing in less than a second.
Pre loaded software to manage up to 8 instruments, libraries for other PLCs and HMI audiences are available upon request.

TM3P has a digital I/O interface for PLC connection, USB/RS485 programming and data acquisition interface, and is a software for collecting and managing test data for PCs.
This instrument can be connected and controlled by each PLC, and interfaces with HMI terminals that have serial lines, USB hosts, and Ethernet interfaces.
Software managers are allowed to collect and manage test data, set parameters, program, and perform SPC analysis on test data.
